Leveraging nearly a decade of experience in pet retail, Mattie O. Anderson serves as owner and operator of the Kit & Cavoodle Pet Center. Mattie has managed or operated three pet stores, including Pet Valu where she increased sales by 35% in a two-year period, and implemented online orders.
Mattie believes in fostering a welcoming and knowledgeable environment for every customer to give the Poconos community a healthy and happy home for every furry friend.
The ‘kit and cavoodle’ name was inspired by our own pets, our cat Freya and our dog Baxter who is part cavalier King Charles spaniel and part poodle, or a ‘cavoodle.’ The two of them together make up the whole kit and cavoodle of our home and bring joy into our lives day after day.
That’s what we hope to do for your pets, too.
